They also have no problem telling you to walk.
The golf cart service was great to take us to the buffet to get fatter, and take the fitness people to the gym, so they don't have to walk. There is no outlet anywhere near the bed, so if you use a cpap, just go ahead and die early. We slept without even a sheet as it was sweltering in the room. We had three rooms in our group, the other two had ac. Not rude for not tipping, just a lot of jerks here. We tipped well, but no difference, same service that the rude entitled people got. Most of the staff was courteous, so that's good. Told so many different things from so many different people, it was nuts. We were told we could go wait at the restaurant for the next available seats, nope, get out, reservations only. We tried repeatedly to make reservations, hoping for a cancelation. We packed our formal wear, for no reason, men in tank-tops and 'futbol' uniforms are the norm. The dress codes changed from booking to our stay. For the price, I had hoped to have a nice sit down meal at last once a day. So essentially, three meals a day, herd your family into the buffet again. Basically assigned them as we really wanted to try other restaurants, but there were only two available this week.
We were told to make reservations as soon as we arrived. We had a short stay, arrived mon morn, left Friday morn. This hotel does seem to have a commitment to improving sustainability, and the reusable glass bottles in the room were absolutely not a problem. First I want to argue with other bad reviews about the lack of water bottles. Typically I'll leave a review with tips for improvement and then edit with the positive overall experience, hoping the hotel may take note but without staining them with a bad review. Hope you enjoy buffets, and no semblance of lines or order. If you get air conditioning, you're lucky. No one knows any policy of the hotel, everyone tells you something different.
